    Lighting Pole Installation Mechanism on Foundation

    • Step 1: The base plate is leveled by adjusting the lower nuts.
    • Step 2: The lower flange of the pole tube is placed between the base plate and the frame.

    Base Plate

    The most important application of the base plate is to level the pole and the lower flange located between the base plate and the frame. The base plate can be provided with 4 or 6 holes. In addition, the dimensions of the base plate can be changed upon request. Custom base plates are available based on customer needs.

    Door Opening

    The dimension of the door opening for 1 to 6 m poles is 75200 mm and it is 85200 mm for 7 to 12 m poles. Three types of doors are available for lighting pole door openings. Hinged door with two type of locking segment and simple type door. A normal person cannot easily open the opening door of ductile iron lighting poles. The level of protection is IP34 for all types of door openings.

    Ductile Iron Lighting Poles in Direct Burial Installation

    Another feature of ductile iron lighting poles is the possibility of using them in direct burial installations due to their inherently high corrosion resistance and the strong protective coatings applied to the pole. Various corrosion-resistant exterior coatings are applied to the buried and above-ground surfaces of the lighting poles. Zinc coating and polyurethane paint are applied to the above-ground surface of the lighting poles.
